Will the new BlackBerry be a storming success? Customers will soon be able to judge for themselves whether the Storm 2 is the iPhone killer its makers hope it will be, as BlackBerry manufacturers RIM have announced that it will be available on Vodafone from October 26.

BlackBerry will be hoping that it gets a better reception than the model's predecessor, the Storm, which was hyped as a challenger to Apple's market-leading smartphone - but was then heavily criticised by reviewers.
